Refund Policy

At Slay By Nicole, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our simple return and refund process.

1. Returns
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In the same condition that you received them

    • In the original packaging with all tags/labels intact

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Personalised or custom products

2. How to Request a Return

  2. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within [X days] of receiving the return instructions.

Please note: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
